Technical Analyst Corporate Payments

We’re hiring a Technical Analyst – Corporate Payments for a leading digital-first bank in Dubai!
If you bring deep Corporate Payments domain expertise along with strong Oracle Banking / OBP techno-functional capability, this is a high-impact transformation role working across product, business and technology teams.

🔹 What You’ll Drive
• Support expansion and enhancement of Corporate Payment solutions
• Act as techno-functional SME across Oracle Banking Payments platform
• Analyze business requirements, review solution designs and technical specifications
• Support SIT, regression, performance testing and production deployments
• Perform impact assessments for change requests and support release coordination
• Work with business, operations, vendors and technology teams on issue resolution and solution delivery
• Support integrations with Flexcube core and related banking systems
• Contribute to user training and post go-live support activities

✅ Core Expertise Required
• 13–15+ years of experience in banking technology / payments
• Strong domain knowledge in Corporate Payments
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Banking products including OBP and Extensibility Toolkit
• Experience with backend customizations, SQL/PLSQL, XML/XSLT, Web Services
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and messaging systems
• Knowledge of integration methodologies with Flexcube Core
• Exposure to OBRH (Oracle Banking Routing Hub) is a strong plus
• Experience in large-scale banking transformation programs
• Ability to perform impact analysis, root cause analysis and support change prioritization
