We are looking for a technically strong Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams and drive the development of scalable digital products.

🔑 Key Requirements
• 10+ years in Software Engineering / Software Development
• 5+ years managing software engineering teams, including onsite/offshore teams
• Strong hands-on coding background
• Strong experience in Node.js & React.js – essential
• Experience with Microservices, API Design & System Architecture
• Experience with Cloud platforms; GCP preferred
• Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD and Agile/Scrum
• 3+ years in Product Engineering / Digital Product environment
• Excellent technical leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
