Senior Project Manager

We're hiring for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading project management consultancy in Dubai, UAE.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-value projects from inception through to handover, acting as the client's trusted advisor while leading multidisciplinary teams and driving successful project outcomes.

We're looking for professionals who have:
✔️ 8–15 years' experience in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
✔️ A relevant degree qualification
✔️ Proven experience delivering projects across the full project lifecycle
✔️ Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Commercial awareness with the ability to manage programme, cost, quality and risk
✔️ Experience mentoring and developing project teams
✔️ The ability to build lasting client relationships and contribute to business growth
✔️ Must currently be residing in the UAE

This role would suit an experienced Project Manager ready to step into a senior leadership position where you'll have the autonomy to influence project strategy, mentor the next generation of project professionals, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

💰 Salary: AED 30,000 – 36,000 per month (dependent on experience)
