Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic banking technology initiatives and drive the successful implementation of a Loan Origination System (LOS) platform.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead large-scale, multi-workstream banking technology implementation programs.
-Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning and execution through delivery and post-implementation support.
-Drive the implementation of Loan Origination System (LOS) solutions, including application capture, credit decisioning, policy rules, and approval workflows.
-Establish project strategy, governance frameworks, and delivery roadmaps.
-Manage senior stakeholder communication and vendor relationships.
-Lead cross-functional teams comprising business, IT, development, and vendor resources.
-Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
-Drive change management activities to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:
✅ Mandatory: Hands-on experience working with the Finnone platform.
✅ Experience with Loan Origination System (LOS) applications.
✅ Prior experience in the banking/financial services domain.
✅ Proven experience delivering large-scale retail lending system implementations.
✅ PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
✅ Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.
✅ 15+ years of banking/financial services experience with a strong project delivery track record.
