We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Cash Management, Corporate Banking, Payments, and Financial Institutions Clearing to join a leading banking client in Dubai.
Key Requirements:
✅ 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking
✅ Strong experience in Cash Management and Corporate Banking
✅ Deep understanding of Payments, Clearing, and Financial Institutions Operations
✅ Expertise in Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Process Mapping, and Documentation
✅ Experience creating User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria, and Product Backlogs
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery environments
✅ Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, Functional & Non-Functional Testing
✅ Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
✅ Experience with Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, MS Office Suite
✅ Ability to lead workshops and collaborate with Product Owners, Business Teams, and Technology Teams
