We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in the UAE credit card market and card management systems.

🔹 Must Have

✅ 6+ years of banking experience focused on UAE credit cards
✅ UAE National or long‑term UAE resident with strong local banking knowledge
✅ Thorough understanding of CBUAE regulations, card products, interest models, fees, installment plans & payment schemes
✅ Hands‑on experience in card system implementation/migration projects
✅ Strong stakeholder management & documentation skills
✅ Valid Passport (Mandatory)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead UAE market readiness assessment for card management systems
✅ Map CBUAE guidelines and local scheme rules to system capabilities
✅ Identify gaps between current functionality & UAE market requirements
✅ Define business requirements for UAE‑specific credit card products, fee structures, interest models & payment scheme integrations
✅ Collaborate with internal teams, bank stakeholders & regulatory bodies
✅ Support UAT & go‑live readiness activities
