A2ML Recruiting is supporting an international infrastructure organisation in appointing a high-calibre Senior Project Manager to take overall ownership of a major, long-term infrastructure project in Mali, West Africa.

THE IDEAL PROFILE - We are looking for a “superstar” project leader with:
🔹15+ years of contractor-side experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university – mandatory
🔹Strong PMP/project management discipline
🔹Extensive experience managing large-scale EPC, infrastructure or complex construction projects
🔹Strong financial and commercial understanding, including budgets, cost control, forecasting and project profitability
🔹Proven end-to-end project management and multidisciplinary leadership experience 🔹Strong technical and project controls knowledge
🔹International project experience; Africa experience is an advantage
🔹Power/electrical experience is an advantage
🔹Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹Willingness to travel regularly to Mali
🔹Currently based in the UAE and available for an in-person interview in Dubai
