Project Manager

We're Hiring | Project Manager — Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central  Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | Immediate Start.

Avenir Digital is growing fast across the GCC and we're looking for an experienced D365 Business Central Project Manager to lead our ERP delivery practice from the front.

This is not a back-office role. You will be the face of Avenir Digital with enterprise clients — managing C-suite stakeholders, driving go-lives, and building long-term client relationships across UAE and the wider GCC.

What you'll own:  End-to-end D365 BC implementation delivery
·     Client relationship management at CEO/CFO level
·     Multi-functional team coordination (Finance, HR/Payroll, Technical, AI)
·     Project governance, milestone tracking, and go-live execution
·     Identifying and converting Phase 2 and expansion opportunities

What we're looking for:

·     5+ years ERP project management experience
·     Minimum 3 completed D365 BC or NAV implementations as PM
·     GCC market experience — UAE is mandatory
·     PMP or PRINCE2 certified
·     Strong C-suite stakeholder management skills
·     UAE VAT and WPS compliance knowledge
