We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – AI & Digital Initiatives to drive execution of multiple Data, Digital & AI (DD&AI) programs within business units for a leading client in the UAE.

📍 Location: UAE (Onsite)
💼 Role: Project Manager – AI & Digital Initiatives
⏳ Experience: 6–12 Years
⚡ Preference: Immediate Joiners

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage multiple concurrent AI, Digital, and Data initiatives
✅ Drive Agile/Scrum execution across parallel workstreams
✅ Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
✅ Coordinate across business, technology, and external partner teams
✅ Track delivery progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies using Jira/Azure DevOps
✅ Ensure structured governance, prioritization, and predictable delivery
✅ Engage stakeholders and provide clear project visibility and reporting

🔹 Required Skills:

✔ Strong Project/Program Management experience
✔ Hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum teams (Mandatory)
✔ Experience in Digital Transformation, AI, Data, or Technology initiatives
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Strong execution, delivery tracking, and risk management capability
✔ Expertise with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tracking tools
