A great opportunity for experienced Senior Project Managers to lead complex technology transformation and enterprise delivery projects in Dubai!
🔹 Key Responsibilities & Requirements
✅ Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
✅ Manage vendors, SaaS providers, RFPs, contracts, implementations, and delivery partners.
✅ Oversee project budgets, business cases, ROI modelling, CapEx/OpEx, and financial controls.
✅ Manage governance, quality assurance, testing, UAT, system readiness, and release management.
✅ Coordinate business teams, IT teams, SaaS vendors, and system integrators.
✅ Prepare weekly status reports, project updates, and Steering Committee presentations.
✅ Engage senior stakeholders and present project progress, risks, and business outcomes to C-suite executives.
🎯 Mandatory Requirements
PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
Strong experience in end-to-end project and delivery management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong vendor management, SaaS implementation, and contract management experience.
Technical understanding of SDLC, preferably with previous Software Engineer or Developer experience.
⭐ Nice to Have
CRM, Contact Center, or IVR implementation experience, including Genesys or NICE.
Airline industry experience.
Experience delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes.
