Role: Senior Network Engineer –

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, manage and optimize enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN/NAC infrastructure.
• Design and deploy enterprise Wi-Fi solutions across offices, branches and high-density environments.
• Configure and manage Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), Cisco Access Points and Catalyst 9800 platforms.
• Perform RF planning, predictive design, passive/active site surveys and validation surveys.
• Optimize wireless coverage, capacity, roaming, channels and power levels.
• Troubleshoot complex wireless connectivity, authentication, RF interference, latency and performance issues.
• Work with Cisco ISE / Aruba ClearPass, 802.1X, WPA2/WPA3, RADIUS and TACACS+.
• Support large-scale wireless deployments, migrations and technology refresh projects.
• Prepare HLD/LLD, implementation plans, rollback plans and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.
