📍 Location: UAE – Work From Office

📅 Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales to meet business requirements

• Set up workflows, dashboards, and business rules to automate sales processes

• Design and manage integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP

• Ensure seamless data flow and system consistency across platforms

• Gather and document business requirements and support UAT activities

• Provide functional support during post-go-live phases

• Develop or oversee development of plugins, customizations, and reports in Dynamics 365

• Troubleshoot technical and integration issues when required

• Collaborate with business users, SAP teams, and project managers

• Conduct training sessions for end users on Dynamics functionalities

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation

• Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 with SAP

• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, APIs, Azure Logic Apps, or SAP PI/PO

• Understanding of sales processes, order management, and revenue recognition

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
