Marketing Director

Harbor Real Estate Brokers LLC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead its marketing function in Dubai’s competitive real estate sector. This role is suited for a results-oriented professional who can enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and effectively position both off-plan and secondary property portfolios in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support overall business objectives

• Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and lead generation efforts

• Monitor, manage, and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment

• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with revenue targets and business goals

• Oversee project launches, promotional campaigns, and ensure strong market positioning of properties

Requirements:

• Proven track record in real estate marketing, preferably within the UAE market
