We're looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a leading digital transformation project in Abu Dhabi. If you're passionate about building scalable backend systems, cloud-native applications, and event-driven architectures, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and operate scalable backend services for the AI Factory platform.
Build and maintain event-driven systems using Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or Azure Event Hubs.
Manage data infrastructure, including PostgreSQL, ETL pipelines, object storage, and caching.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
Implement observability using structured logging, distributed tracing, metrics, SLOs, and alerting.
Develop and maintain cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Lead reliability initiatives, capacity planning, incident response, and root cause analysis.
Build internal platform tools and reusable engineering components.
Ensure security best practices, secrets management, IAM, and compliance with production standards.
Mentor team members through code reviews, design discussions, and technical leadership.
