We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide reliable day-to-day technical support across endpoints, Microsoft 365, business applications, hardware, peripherals, identity management and IT services.

🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪️ Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals
▪️ Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, hardware, applications and network connectivity
▪️ Install, configure and maintain endpoint devices, printers, scanners and meeting-room equipment
▪️ Support Microsoft 365 – Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online & Office applications
▪️ Administer Active Directory, user accounts, security groups, permissions, OUs and password-related activities
▪️ Manage onboarding, transfers and offboarding including device allocation, collection and access support
▪️ Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM / Service Desk platforms and ensure SLA compliance

🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔️ 6+ years of relevant IT Support / Desktop Support / Service Desk experience
✔️ Native Arabic speaker – Mandatory
✔️ Good English communication skills
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field
✔️ Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows 10/11 & macOS
✔️ Strong Microsoft 365 troubleshooting and administration experience
✔️ Practical experience with Active Directory & user administration
✔️ Experience with remote support, endpoint management and IT ticketing tools
✔️ Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, network and access issues
✔️ Understanding of endpoint security, patch management and antivirus solutions

📍 WHO SHOULD APPLY?
