🚀 We’re Hiring: IT Sales Manager (10+ Years Experience) – GCC Region
📍 Locations: Oman | Dubai (UAE) | Saudi Arabia (KSA) | Bahrain | Qatar
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Manager with extensive experience in the GCC market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling enterprise IT solutions, particularly in High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), Monitoring Tools, and Database Solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end sales for IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions across GCC markets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships
• Sell and promote solutions including HA, DR, Monitoring Tools, and Database Technologies
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and C-level executives
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver customized solutions
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
🔹 Key Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in GCC region
• Proven track record in selling HA, DR, Monitoring, and Database solutions
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud-based solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel across GCC countries
🔹 Preferred Skills:
• Experience with enterprise tools and platforms
• Knowledge of data protection, backup solutions, and system monitoring tools
• Exposure to cloud platforms and hybrid environments
