🚀 We’re Hiring: IT Operations Team Lead – Network & Security


🔍 Your Impact
Lead IT operations across 100+ sites, ensuring uptime, performance, and reliability
Manage 24x7 operations (Incident, Problem, Change) aligned with ITIL practices
Drive SLA/KPI adherence, perform RCA, and reduce MTTR
Oversee enterprise infrastructure including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, VMware, Huawei, and F5
Manage LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and load balancers
Lead ISO 27001 compliance initiatives and audits
Implement and optimize monitoring tools (FortiManager, AppDynamics, etc.)
Drive automation and continuous improvement across operations
Lead infrastructure upgrades and SD-WAN rollouts
Conduct POCs and technology evaluations
Mentor and lead a high-performing technical team
Manage vendors and key stakeholders

✅ What We’re Looking For
10–15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations
3–5 years in a leadership role managing teams and enterprise environments
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Cisco (Routing, Switching, Wireless)
Fortinet (Firewalls, SD-WAN)
Palo Alto Firewalls
VMware (vSphere, NSX preferred)
F5 Load Balancers
Huawei (preferred)
Working knowledge of AWS / Azure
Experience with monitoring & performance tools
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise operations

CCNP Enterprise
PCNSE
Fortinet NSE
ITIL Certification
ISO 27001 (plus)
