🚀 We’re Hiring: IT Network Lead

🔍 What You’ll Do
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of secure network architectures
Manage and configure F5 Load Balancers (LTM, GTM, ASM, WAF)
Oversee firewall technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point)
Implement and support SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela / Fortinet)
Drive data center switching operations (Cisco, Aruba, HPE)
Manage Cisco Catalyst switches in enterprise environments
Configure and optimize routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
Implement Network Access Control (NAC) solutions (Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass)
Support cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments
Lead critical troubleshooting & root cause analysis in high-pressure situations

✅ What We’re Looking For
8–10 years of overall experience in IT Networking
Strong hands-on experience in Network Security Technologies (minimum 3–5 years)
Proven expertise in:
F5 Load Balancing
Enterprise Firewalls
SD-WAN technologies
Data Center & Enterprise Switching
Strong understanding of network design principles (HA, redundancy, scalability, segmentation)
Experience working in mission-critical environments with high availability requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure
Fast learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
