We’re Hiring | Project Engineer – Infrastructure

Location: Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Infrastructure to join our growing construction team. If you have a strong background in delivering infrastructure projects and are passionate about excellence in engineering and project execution, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8–12 years of experience in infrastructure construction with a reputable main contractor
• Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Proven experience in:
• Roads & Pavements
• Utilities
• Sewerage Networks
• Stormwater Drainage
• Potable Water Networks
• Irrigation Systems
• Street Lighting
• Associated infrastructure works

• Strong coordination experience with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC standards, and HSE requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily site activities.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Raise and follow up on RFIs, inspections, and technical clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, contract requirements, and HSE regulations.
• Monitor project resources, productivity, and construction costs.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and support project planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Knowledge of SRTA, SEWA, and Municipality requirements is an advantage.
• UAE Driving Licence preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
