Desktop Support Engineer

Ramtech is hiring an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team for an onsite role in Dubai South, UAE.
Salary Budget: AED 4,000 – AED 5,500/month
⏳ Notice Period: Candidates who can join within 30 days are preferred

🔹 Key Requirements:
✅ 1–2 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Helpdesk / End User Support
✅ Strong knowledge of:
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office Applications)
Active Directory user management
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP troubleshooting
VPN connectivity issues
Hardware diagnostics and replacement
Printer & peripheral support
✅ Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Jira, or similar
✅ Knowledge of system imaging, software installation, patching, and endpoint maintenance
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills

🚗 Mandatory Requirements:
⚠️ Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
⚠️ Own car is mandatory
⚠️ Must be willing to travel between client locations when required
⚠️ Must be available for onsite support at Dubai South

🎯 Preferred Certifications:
⭐ Microsoft Certified (M365 / Modern Desktop)
⭐ CompTIA A+
⭐ ITIL Foundation
