We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team and provide high-quality end-user support across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, and enterprise IT environments.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, IP phones, and mobile devices.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; escalate to L2/L3 as needed.
* Handle new system setups, software installations, upgrades, and configurations.
* Manage user accounts (Active Directory, O365).
* Install, configure, and support Windows 7/8/10/11, macOS, and MS Office.
* Maintain and repair computers, laptops, and peripherals.
* Use diagnostic tools for network and workstation troubleshooting.
* Document incidents and resolutions in the Service Desk system.
* Support branch setups, IT rollouts, and infrastructure projects.
* Ensure compliance with IT policies, ITIL, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001 standards.
### 🔹 Experience & Skills Required
* 4+ years of desktop/end-user support or IT helpdesk experience.
* Strong knowledge of PC hardware, laptops, and peripherals.
* Experience with SCCM, Lansweeper, ManageEngine, or similar tools.
* Solid understanding of network protocols and operating systems.
* Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Intune.
* Excellent communication, prioritization, and customer-service skills.
