Vice President, Data Science & Advanced Analytics | Dubai, UAE

A major multinational organization is seeking a Vice President, Data Science & Advanced Analytics to lead advanced analytical capabilities across commercial, operational, and strategic functions. The executive will establish a high-performing data science organization and drive the adoption of predictive and prescriptive analytics across the enterprise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define the enterprise data science and advanced analytics strategy.
• Lead predictive modeling, machine learning, forecasting, optimization, and analytical innovation programs.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights supporting executive and commercial decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to develop analytical solutions addressing strategic and operational challenges.
• Establish standards for analytical methodologies, model development, validation, and deployment.
• Oversee the development of scalable analytical products and decision-support capabilities.
• Build frameworks to measure the financial and operational impact of data science initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, and lead senior data scientists, analytics leaders, and technical specialists.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, or quantitative leadership.
• Strong expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, AI, and analytical product development.
• Experience translating advanced analytics into measurable commercial or operational outcomes.
• GCC or multinational experience leading large-scale analytics organizations is preferred.
