Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and execute the organization’s enterprise digital transformation strategy
🔹 Lead modernization initiatives including AI integration, automation, and data-driven decision-making
🔹 Oversee digital innovation across operations, customer experience, and technology platforms
🔹 Collaborate with C-suite executives to align digital strategy with corporate objectives
🔹 Build and lead high-performing digital, product, and technology teams
🔹 Identify emerging technologies and implement scalable digital solutions
🔹 Drive operational efficiency through digital tools, analytics, and intelligent systems
🔹 Manage large transformation budgets and oversee vendor/technology partnerships

Executive Requirements

✔ 12–18+ years of leadership experience in digital transformation, strategy, or technology leadership
✔ Previous experience in C-suite or senior executive roles within large enterprises
✔ Proven track record leading multi-million-dollar transformation initiatives
✔ Expertise in AI, cloud transformation, big data, enterprise platforms, and innovation strategy
✔ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and global business experience
✔ MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Strategy preferred
