#URGENTHIRING #BDM #Business Development Manager – #FreightForwarding Sales - #Dubai & #Sharjah

🔹 Role Responsibilities
• Drive business development by promoting Freight Forwarding services: Air Freight, Sea Freight, Warehousing & 3PL, Customs Clearance, and Break Bulk
• Achieve monthly targets for revenue and volume
• Engage, onboard, and retain new customers through effective sales strategies
• Provide regular market insights, client feedback, and sales reporting
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure service excellence

🔹 Candidate Requirements
• 3–5 years’ sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
• Mandatory: Freight Forwarding Sales experience
• Strong portfolio of UAE clients, preferably in Air/Sea freight
• UAE Driving License is a must
• #AnyNationality | Any gender
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills

🔹 #Salary Range
💰 #AED12k to #AED18k (Final based on experience & portfolio strength)
🔹Location : Dubai & Sharjah UAE
