Our client, a leading Insurance Brokerage firm in the UAE, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in General Insurance Sales and client acquisition.
🔹 Key Requirements:
✔ 3–5 years of experience within a UAE Insurance Brokerage firm
✔ Strong General Insurance experience is mandatory
✔ Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
✔ Existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers within the UAE preferred
✔ Experience handling SME, Corporate, and High-Net-Worth clients
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)
✔ UAE Driving License preferred
✔ Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and acquire new corporate and individual clients
• Build, manage, and grow a profitable General Insurance portfolio
• Promote General Insurance products including Property, Engineering, Marine, Liability, Motor, and Group Medical Insurance
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure portfolio retention
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing
