Basma HR Consultancy is expanding our team in Dubai! We’re looking for a dynamic Female Business Development Executive (BDE) to join us.

💰 Salary: AED 3,000 – 7,000 + Incentives
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
👩 Gender: Female candidates only

What you’ll do:

✅ Identify and approach potential clients/companies
✅ Build and maintain strong business relationships
✅ Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
✅ Represent Basma HR in meetings, calls, and networking events
✅ Achieve monthly sales/placement targets
What we’re looking for:
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ Confident, presentable, and self-motivated
✅ Prior experience in sales/business development/recruitment preferred
✅ Ability to work independently and meet targets
