Brokerly Real Estate Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer Executive to join our team in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
🌍 Role Focus: Client communication with international brokers & brokerages, particularly Dubai-based real estate businesses.
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Communicate professionally with international brokers and brokerages
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Manage the business development pipeline and follow-ups
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and client reports
• Achieve monthly business development targets
🎯 What We're Looking For
✔️ Strong business development or client communication experience
✔️ Excellent spoken & written English
✔️ Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
✔️ Experience dealing with international clients/brokers is a plus
✔️ Real estate industry experience is preferred
✔️ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven
