✅ Must Have: Strong Banking experience (Retail Banking + CRM)
Key Skills Required:
• Business Analysis experience in Banking/Financial Services
• CRM implementation and customer servicing journeys
• Requirement gathering & documentation (BRD/FRD)
• UAT planning, execution & defect management
• Stakeholder management with business and technology teams
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 / Salesforce / Siebel preferred)
