🚀 We're Hiring | Sr. Analyst – Business Process

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Analyst – Business Process to join our team and play a key role in transforming and enhancing end-to-end business processes aligned with TM Forum eTOM, ITIL, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements:

✅ 5–10 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, Process Architecture, or Service Management
✅ Strong knowledge of TM Forum eTOM, SID, TAM, and ITIL v3/v4
✅ Hands-on experience with ARIS or Microsoft Visio
✅ Telecom, Digital Services, or IT Service Management background
✅ Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, process transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Certifications in ITIL, TM Forum, CBPA, Lean Six Sigma will be an added advantage
