Key Responsibilities

✅ Design, develop, and maintain custom software solutions for logistics and freight forwarding operations.

✅ Build AI-powered applications that automate workflows and reduce manual tasks.

✅ Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

✅ Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party systems used in logistics and supply chain management.

✅ Develop tools for shipment tracking, documentation management, customer communication, reporting, and operational efficiency.

✅ Implement AI and machine learning solutions to improve decision-making and productivity.

✅ Collaborate closely with management and operations teams to create innovative digital solutions.

Required Skills

✔ Strong programming experience in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or similar languages.

✔ Hands-on experience with AI technologies, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Workflow Automation, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

✔ Experience with OpenCrawl, web scraping frameworks, automated data extraction, and data collection pipelines.

✔ Experience building applications using Lovable and other AI-assisted development platforms.

✔ Strong understanding of APIs, automation workflows, databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL), cloud platforms, and modern software architecture.

✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✔ Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, supply chain management, or ocean freight.

⭐ Knowledge of EDI, shipping documentation, customs processes, TMS, or ERP integrations.

⭐ Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, n8n, Make.com, and related automation platforms.

⭐ Experience developing internal business applications and automation solutions.
