We are seeking an experienced AI / ML Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, RAG pipelines, and LLM-based solutions.

• Python (Machine Learning & AI Development)
• Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Pandas, NumPy
• LangChain (RAG Pipelines, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Tuning)
• Vector Databases (pgvector, Pinecone, or equivalent)
• LLM Integration (Azure OpenAI, GPT-4o, OpenAI APIs)
• AI Explainability & Hallucination Prevention
• Arabic & English Bilingual AI Support
• FastAPI for Model Serving
• PostgreSQL & Docker
• Knowledge Base Ingestion & Semantic Search
Preferred Skills:
• Recommendation Systems (Collaborative / Content-Based Filtering)
• LangSmith or Langfuse (LLM Monitoring & Observability)
• LMS Integrations
• Workforce Learning & Development Domain Experience
• UAE Government / HR Systems Experience
• Conversational AI & Enterprise Chatbots
Candidates with hands-on experience in GenAI, LLMs, RAG Architecture, AI Governance, and Enterprise AI Solutions are highly preferred.
